The  4600 square feet of joint exhibit space will showcase African-American books, authors, products and publishers. In 2004 the African-American Pavilion was successfully launched as the largest collective of black publishers ever at Book Expo America. The 2005 numbers were astonishing! The 2006 numbers were phenomenal!!

Past exhibitors and attendees include African World Press; Afrikan World Book Distributors; ALight! New York Grit Books; Amber Communications Group, Inc.; Austin Publishing/Kaden Publishing; Blacast Entertainment/Color Bridge, LLC; Black Issues Book Review; Black print Publishing; FYOS Entertainment; Genesis Press; Hilton Publishing; Just Like Me Books; Just Us Books; Literally Speaking Press; Q-Boro Books; Relentless L.L.C.; Strebor Books International; Third World Press; Urban Ministries; Walk Worthy Press; Who’s Who Publishing; Writing For the Lord Ministries.
