Troy Johnson is the CEO and founder of AALBC.com, known as the African American Literature Book Club. He founded the website in 1997 to help promote authors on the web.
Today, Troy Johnson’s AALBC.com features an extensive listing of Author Profiles, variety of reviews from literary and music to plays and movies, plus a Discussion Board frequented by booklovers and authors.
AALBC.com partnered with Mosaic Books.com and Harlem World where he serves as the senior editor of the publication. Kam Williams and Thumper diligently contribute reviews to the site as well as independent reviewers.
As the web designer of AALBC.com, the site is noted as the most popular site for African American Literature.
Mr. Johnson holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business, an MS in Information System Engineering from Polytechnic University, a BS in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University and has completed Stanford University’s Publishing on the Web course.
